As someone who has been out and about and catching these flights since the world slowly opened up last year, I have put together ‘Staples’ I seem to pack for every getaway. In the first quarter of this year, I traveled to Mexico, Spain, Italy, and Greece, and while they are different countries requiring different wardrobe packing lists, I noticed that I packed a few of the same staples every time.

As a big fangirl of high-waisted denim shorts, I will be a little biased to say that if I were to take one thing out of these vacation staples, shorts is that item for me. What’s not to love about them?. They are versatile, comfortable, can be dressed up or down, pair pretty well with any top, and are hot-weather friendly.
